- $125-175 per 45-50 minute session
- $220-310 per 75-80 minute session
No Show Fee (less than 1 hour notice)

Late Cancellation Fee (giving between 24 and 1 hour notice)
- $100-150 fee for 45-50 minute session
- $200-300 fee for 75-80 minute session
Sliding scale rates are based on household income, number of dependents, and other factors such as student loans and medical debts.
Kara Smith, LCSW is fee-for-service and does not accept any insurances. A superbill will be provided to you upon request to file with your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.
